My now husband and I got married here in July. From our first meeting right through to the breakfast the following day of the wedding it was amazing. The staff, (special mention to Rachel) were fantastic from cocktail making, service, friendliness with everyone and also dancing whenever they walked near the dancefloor!!. During our meetings Rachel was very open to all our ideas and suggested ideas to us without being pushy or trying to put down a single idea of ours (including specialist cocktails, individual pizza for an Italian and decor). They had fantastic knowledge of the wedding process which put our minds at ease!
The day itself was magical! The decoration was better than we had imagined, the staff were so attentive with guests saying how they never had an empty glass and staff went above and beyond to serve guests! We didn't have to worry about a thing!
The food was unbelievable! They did a special menu for us on request, the portions were huge, but every mouthful was gorgeous! Hats off to the kitchen staff!!
Our pooches were with us all day and night and the staff made them feel welcome and loved as well! (And they got beef bits when they joined us for wedding prep meetings).

Outstanding from start to finish.
Rachel and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They couldn’t do any more for us or our guests, they were absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend this venue to anyone.

An absolute gem!
Rachel (and the team) were brilliant and nothing was too much, we really appreciated this as it helped to keep us calm! But it also meant we had the best day ever!!
The food was lovely, exactly what we wanted, it all came out looking perfect (and it was hot!). Lots of people have commented on how great all the food was all day (we had canapes, wedding breakfast and evening buffet)
We have nothing negative to say about the wedding day, it was perfect and we could not have asked for more!
The whole team at The Vicarage were wonderful on the day, nothing was too much and they all went above and beyond.
We would hugely recommend this venue for a wedding, it has such an exclusive feel, any quirky ideas or suggestions we had were met head on and delivered perfectly!

Great day!
We chose the vicarage because it was a smaller venue for 65 day (up to 80) and 110 night guests. They honestly thought of everything to make our day perfect. All staff were amazing and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had a lovely ceremony and wedding breakfast followed by a dj and beer pong in the evening. Would deffo recommend!

Thank you so much! We had the best day celebrating 🎉 Everything from our POV seemed to go really smoothly, we had lots of feedback from our guests about your incredible staff - how attentive they were and how they went the extra mile. For example, Cat ran up the road for a pizza for Andy’s best man on Friday night when the kitchen has closed for the evening, and also helped us construct a champagne shot late on the Saturday eve.
Paul was amazing, he thoroughly checked what and how exactly everything should be done and had the same vision as us so everything that was set up looked brilliant. You might also spot a few bits of our decor around The Vicarage now, as he wanted to keep the sign, dried flowers and the vases which we left behind.
The food seemed to go down really well with everyone, us included obviously! And everyone else on the team that day were all super lovely, nothing seemed to be too much of an ask at any point.
Otherwise we’ll share more once we get the full gallery in a few weeks time.
Thanks again for everything, it was a brilliant day - one that Chânelle’s niece keeps asking for when we’re doing it all again.

We wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to you and the team at The Vicarage for everything you did to make our wedding day so special. From the first meeting and throughout the planning process, we've been blown away by how much you've supported us to create a day that's personal and unique to us.
The wedding day itself went perfectly, which is testament to all your hard work in the background.
We wanted to particularly thank the brilliant chefs. We're really grateful for all their help in accommodating our menu changes. All the food served throughout the day was delicious and received lots of compliments from our guests. My brother Andy also couldn't believe the efforts you'd gone to in catering for his food intolerances and said it was the best experience he'd ever had.
Finally, we wanted to say a big thank you to the fabulous team for preparing the room beautifully for each stage of the day and for being so friendly and helpful throughout.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for making our wedding plans and day so special you exceeded our expectations.
The day was beautiful, and Paul and Abi went above and beyond to make it extra special.
Abi took photographs for us which we appreciated as we did not have a photographer, if you could send them to us we would be over the moon.
